This form is a convenient way for you to send us a person’s Profile of U.S. Service in WWI Italy to remember and honor an individual who served in Italy during World War One as a member of the U.S. 332nd Infantry Regiment, another U.S. military unit, a U.S. government agency, an American NGO, an independent US civilian or volunteer, etc. The remembered person may be a member of your family, someone you knew, or even someone whose information you have collected as part of an organizational or personal project.
